Cancellation Policy
We get that things happen and you might not be able to make your scheduled appointment.
Please plan and schedule your appointment promptly and accordingly. My time is valuable to both myself and my clients.
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and will be applied to your balance at the end of service.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours AND ‘No-Show’ appointments will be charged 25% of the services scheduled. Your deposit WILL also be forfeited.
3 ‘No-Show’ and last minute cancellation appointments will result in you being banned from online booking. Future appointments WILL have to be paid in full.
