Essence of Nani

We get that things happen and you might not be able to make your appointment. Please plan and schedule your appointment promptly and accordingly. My time is valuable to both myself and my clients. Essence of Nani allows a grace period of 10 minutes unless communicated otherwise. After 10 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be canceled and charged accordingly (30%). Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and will be applied to your balance at the end of service. Cancellations within less than 3 hours before AND ‘No-Show’ appointments will be charged 30% of the services scheduled. Future appointments will be made through online site. 2 No-Show’ and last minute cancellation appointments will result in you being banned from online booking. Future appointments WILL have to be paid in full. Your appointment will only be allowed 2 reschedules (if within 3 hour grace period) with a deposit transfer.
